Today's lesson
On the billboard outside a local church, this week's lesson:
"Your life either sheds light or casts a shadow."
What light am I shining, or I guess, blocking, with my choices?
Working on the Farmers' Market, I'd say I cast a good light. Recently got a vendor's article published in the local paper -- a delicious long article on the benefits (to your health, society, the planet) by eating locally. I'm getting involved with with a forum on Food Safety & Security in the fall.
Otherwise...I don't know. I'm blocking myself by working that mindless job.
So which light do you think you cast?
ReplyDeleteI think I do both...I hope it's more light...but lately I think it's more shadow.
I haven't decided yet.

You're a shining light to me, honey.
ReplyDeleteSorta like the fridge when I go get a midnight snack, only brighter, and without the prospect of cheese.
Peotic, what?
I sure am glad you did that post about spelling. I'm kinda sorta the same way about grammar.
ReplyDeleteI will leave you to wonder why I posted that here.
'cause I'm casting a shadow? 'cause you're worried Lydia will correct your grammar in the other thread?
