It's "Bichon Frise" unless the dog in question has been chopped finely and tossed with a vinaigrette. I'm too a-skeert to click the link and find out which it is.
I'm just quoting the blog post...don't care enough about fluffy little dogs to spell check.
They're lovely roasted; just ask the Mexicans who invented Chihuahuas as a meat animal.
